Associa, a leading community management company, announced that the Great Place to Work Institute Canada has certified it as a Great Place to Work . Great Place to Work is basically a global authority that looks for high-trust high-performance workplace cultures.

Greate Place to Work has made this certification after getting direct feedback from employees,. The survey was provided  extensively and anonymously and asked from teh employees about their workplace experience. Associa has applied for the first time and achieved this honro in Canada. The survey results revealed that Associa’s  82% employees told Associa is a great place to work. This year’s Great Place to Work Trust Index survey results shows that Associa generated value for its employees and stood firmly with commitment to developing a good company culture, and looked to ensure that employees are heard and encouraged.
