Airinmar, the subsidiary of NYSE traded company AAR (AIR) has announced that Frontier Airlines has selected it for the warranty and value engineering services and signed a new services agreement for this purpose.
Airinmar is the one of the leading global independent provider of component repair cycle management and aircraft warranty solutions while Frontier Airlines is low-fare carrier. Under the services agreement, Airinmar has to give a full suite of support services including both aircraft warranty and value engineering. Cost savings and credit recovery service deliverance by Airinmar will help Frontier Airlines mission of providing low fares across America.
Airinmar will provide services of identification, claim and recovery of the multiple airframe, engine and component warranty entitlements via its segment of Warranty management services. Value engineering support will be covering the cost oversight services that would have to assure the compliance with Frontier’s contracted component repairs and it also include the minimizing the component flight-hour out-of-scope repair charges. The services will cover and extend current materials management activities of Frontier and will work on reducing the cost of component repair and maximizing the recovery of warranty entitlements of the carrier.
