iQOO Confirms the Battery Specifications and Charging Technology of the iQOO 9 Series Smartphones

iQOO has confirmed through a teaser posted on the Weibo platform the details of the battery specifications and charging technology of the upcoming iQOO 9 series.

iQOO, the sub-brand of Vivo, will hold its next conference on January 5 to officially announce the iQOO 9 series. Leaks and teasers have clarified some of the specifications and design of these versions, and today the company provides more details.

The new teaser confirms that the iQOO 9 series has a 4700 mAh battery capacity, and the company also confirmed that these versions support 120W fast charging technology.

The company also added that the iQOO 9 Pro phone supports 50W wireless charging, similar to the company’s previous version iQOO 8 Pro.

Expectations indicate that the distinctive battery with a capacity of 4700 mAh supports the Pro version, with the main version iQOO 9 being endowed with a lower capacity in the battery.

 

The teaser published by iQOO also confirms that the upcoming versions include a USB C port at the bottom, with a SIM slot and a microphone in the left part, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack in the other.

In a previous announcement, the company explained its plans to support the iQOO 9 series smartphones with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor chip, with LPDDR5 memory and a capacity of UFS 3.1, and the phones also include a triple VC cooling system.

The phones also feature a 2K E5 AMOLED screen and a triple camera that includes a 50-megapixel sensor with optical stabilization, so we are looking forward to the official event for more details.
