According to Comic Book, “Tokyo Revengers” will feature the original manga’s Christmas Showdown storyline.

Interspersed with clips from the anime’s first season, including one from the season finale — an emotional cliffhanger that leaves the protagonist Takemichi Hanagaki’s life in the balance — the clip showcases several of the series’ characters getting ready for some violent action around the holidays.

The series Tokyo Revengers chronicles the life of Hanagaki Takemichi, who leads an unfulfilling existence until his death. He awakens 12 years in the past, where he considers the fate of his friends and tries to avert an unfavorable future.

Ken Wakui, Yasuyuki Muto, Seiko Takagi, and Yoriko Tomita wrote the Tokyo Revengers series. Masato Tamagawa, Ryuhei Aoyagi, Katsuya Asano, Rion Kujo, Takahiro Ono, Saori Tachibana, Aimi Yamauchi, and Takanori Yano were among those who directed the film.
