It was the sort of love that came and went. Nick Cannon and Bre Tiesi’s romance has been building for decades, but they finally made headlines when they announced they are expecting their first child together. The model said of her ex-boyfriend, “Him and I have had our on-and-off for years” in March 2022, two months after she announced her pregnancy to E! News’ Daily Pop. In every case, I have returned.
She elaborated, “I really appreciate and admire who he is as a person, that when I thought about, ‘Do I want my kid to be this person?’ I realised that yes, I do want my son to be this person.” Take a close look at who you are, what makes you tick, and how you treat others. That is what I value most highly above all else. Plus, he takes such good care of me, that’s all I can think about!
Over the years, the pair has stayed close, and Tiesi has even made an appearance on his Wild ‘N Out series. Now, they’ve announced that they’re expecting their first child. A few weeks after being spotted at Tiesi’s baby shower earlier that month, Cannon said on an episode of The Nick Cannon Show that he was, in fact, the father of her newborn and that the two were “in a wonderful space” as a couple.
A new life is always cause for joyous celebration when it enters the world. The host of “The Masked Singer” once gushed, “I’m excited. “I’m content. I’m going to do my best as a father. The new baby will be Cannon and his wife’s first, but he is also a proud papa to seven other children from a previous relationship. In 2011, he and his ex-wife Mariah Carey had a pair of twins, Moroccan and Monroe.
In addition to twins Zion and Zillion born in June 2021 to Abby De La Rosa, he and Brittany Bell have a son, Golden, born in 2017, and a daughter, Powerful, born in 2020. Later in June, Cannon and Alyssa Scott had a son named Zen. The unfortunate end came for Zen in December of 2021, some seven months later, when he was diagnosed with a brain tumour.
Tiesi is excited for her son to become part of Cannon’s large family because she has seen how he treats his other children. Tiesi told Us Weekly in April 2022, after her divorce from Johnny Manziel was finalised in November 2021, “He’s terrific.” I overhear him having a phone conversation with his offspring. I am a story-listener. I’m familiar with him and often hear gossip about the youngsters.
I’ve seen] his patience as a parent, as well as his… insight and the clarity with which he explains things. Simply put, he is a really caring and affectionate person. A+ constructiveness She stated that she has “love and respect” for Cannon’s relationships with the mothers of his other children. “Our kids are siblings,” Tiesi said. It’s their private time and business how they want to move forward with their dad.
We’re just here to help in any way we can, by dropping off or picking up, etc. Of course, [it’s] all in the name of love. We’re all doing our best to keep ourselves and our kids safe and secure. My door is always open if anyone ever has any questions or needs anything. Despite the fact that Tiesi and the Drumline star have decided to raise their first kid, a baby boy, together, they are not in a monogamous relationship.
During an interview for the “Know For Sure” podcast in June 2022, she said, “It’s not necessarily anything.” What you do outside of this is none of my business; this is between us. Everything is cordial and straightforward. Honestly, we can’t even define it.

My expectations have been met, and I am content with our current circumstances.

There was an Instagram photo carousel of the couple’s babymoon to commemorate the occasion. Tiesi captioned a photo of their son with the name “Baby C.”

We don’t know how you do it, but we’re really glad you do. We want to wish Baby C’s incredible father a happy Father’s Day.
