According to a police report, Elphick is accused of assaulting Ijeoma Ukenta inside Victoria’s Secret store at the Short Hills Mall. The video, which Ukenta captured, seems to show Elphick charging at her and appearing to be about to strike her. In other recordings, Ukenta said that Elphick reportedly shoved her aside as she was browsing inside the business.
Elphick starts acting out inside the store, pretending to pass out by the registers as soon as she thinks Ukenta is filming her. She yells, “Get away from me!” as she chases Ukenta, demanding that she stop filming her. Ukena then informs the staff, who summon security with assistance from the Millburn Police Department at Elphick’s request. They tell Ukenta that they cannot escort Elphick out of the building.
In a police report, Elphick made an effort to apologize, saying she had a panic attack when she realized she was being videotaped. The other woman was filming the argument on her iPhone, the police claimed, and the blonde woman was “extremely emotionally upset and told the cops that she had a “panic attack.” The police report said she was “worried about losing her job and apartment if the video was broadcast online.”

With the caption, “Mind you, they took her statement first since she contacted the police,” Ukenta tweeted a video of herself reading the police complaint she filed against Elphick. She’s attempting to claim that when I started recording her, it gave her a panic attack, which is why she followed me and begged me to stop.
I’m complaining about the two policemen who responded because I didn’t feel safe. Additionally, I’m complaining about the mall’s security. Ukena remarked that Victoria’s Secret store personnel helped her and let their management know.
She claimed that because they were taking too long to assist her, the store sent someone to go down and find security. I don’t have any issues with them, she continued. Currently not,” Now, we’ll discuss it if they have trouble sending us the footage. That’s a different story.
