Jordyn Blum was born in Los Angeles, California, in 1976. It’s no secret that every stunning woman in Los Angeles aspires to work as a model or an actress. Jordyn was included, too. As his family members referred to him, James, or Jim, spent his childhood and adolescence in Niles, Illinois. After completing high school there, he attended Wesleyan University to further his education. He switched from Wesleyan University to Youngstown University after a few semesters. He took journalism classes.
After graduating, James secured a position as a reporter at a nearby newspaper. He worked for several years before taking a break to join the army.

After serving in the army, Jim’s career advanced. He went away from his hometown and settled in Washington, where he was employed as a journalist in the “Washington bureau” of a prominent newspaper. When James was chosen to serve as Senator Robert Taft’s special assistant, his professional career reached its apex.
He had a daughter and a son (Dave) after getting married to Virginia Hanlon in the 1960s. When Dave was just 3 years old, he and Virginia got a divorce. The budding musician then divided his time between his father’s Warren home and his mother’s Virginia residence.
Renie Yoshida and Jim Grohl were married for the second time. They had no typical children. Renie was by his husband’s side on a steamy summer day when he lost his battle with cancer and passed away.
