Multiple outlets reported on Monday that Austin Lee Russell, better known as Chumlee on Pawn Stars, pled guilty to gun and drug charges arising from a March police raid on his Las Vegas residence. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Russell has agreed to plead guilty to one count of attempted possession of a controlled drug.

As part of the agreement, an additional felony weapon charge will be maintained. According to the authorities, Russell will have to undergo counseling, go on probation for three years, and give up any firearms or illegal substances that were found on his premises.

During Russell’s arrest on March 9, police claimed they recovered 12 firearms, a gallon plastic bag containing marijuana, and a tiny amount of methamphetamine. Police claim to have seized various guns, including handguns, rifles, and even an MP5 assault rifle.

Law enforcement visited Russell at his house as part of a probe into allegations of sexual assault. He posted a bond of $62,000 and was released after being cleared of sexual assault charges. If 33-year-old Russell doesn’t get into any further problems between now and 2019, his felony charge will be dropped, according to Fox News. If he doesn’t comply, he could spend two to five years in state jail.
