Logan Holgate has been a member of the club since he was a youngster and this year has played for both our open-age and under-18 teams, according to them.

We are all devastated by the news and will do whatever we can to help the family.

Where Was Logan Holgate From?

Logan Holgate, a native of Cumbria, became famous two years ago when he made his England Community Lions debut in a match against under-16 teams at Colwyn Bay, Wales.

He had represented the Lions in the same capacity as his brothers Ellison and Fletcher and was noted for his “distinctive” play.

When the Lions overcame France in the championship game of the under-19s European Championship held in Italy last year, Logan Holgate went on to contribute to the victory.

He has been playing for Salford Red Devils under-18s and was slated to “progress up” to the reserve squad this year. He would have gained even more notoriety if he had taken that action.

Fantastic Young Man

The Rugby Football League (RFL) paid their respects by saying: “In a victory over Wales at Colwyn Bay in 2021, Logan initially attracted attention when he made his Under 16 Lions debut.

“Due to his rapidly improving club performance, it didn’t take long for the Under 19s selectors to make him a top priority. He first made an impression during tryouts before being included in the final touring squad that made history in Italy last September.

He leaves a lasting impression on the staff and the program as a talented young man and colleague.

Kyle Amor, a current Widnes Vikings player and former member of Hensingham ARLFC, said Logan was “gone way too soon.”

He said, “Such sad news to hear about Logan Holgate’s demise.

Through an internet appeal, more than £17,000 has been raised to help Logan’s family by hundreds of individuals. If you think this is interesting, please share it with your friends. For more updates and the latest news regarding celebrities, Visit Newswatchlist.com.
