Following her divorce from Tom Brady, Gisele Bündchen has resumed dating, as seen by her Saturday outing with her reported new boyfriend, Joaquim Valente.
During a trip to Costa Rica, the couple dined with the 42-year-old supermodel’s two kids, Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9.
After 13 years of marriage, Bündchen and Brady, 45, formalized their divorce one month before the excursion.

Joaquim Valente and his brothers Pedro and Gui Valente have been teaching jiu-jitsu at the Valente Brothers facility since they could walk.
“At the tender age of 2, Pedro, Gui, and Joaquim were already taking private lessons from Grandmaster Hélio Gracie,” reads the company’s website. “Growing up, the Valente brothers trained daily at the Gracie Academy in Rio de Janeiro.”
Five years after Pedro started teaching classes in Miami, Florida, the family’s full-time academy was established.
Joaquim was “still living in Brazil” at the time, “work[ing] with Grandmaster Hélio directly and provid[ing] Pedro and Gui with valuable information” until he followed them to the United States in 2007.
He Studied At Barry University
According to Joaquim’s LinkedIn profile, he started studying at Barry University in 2007 and received his bachelor’s in criminology four years later.
Joaquim’s exact age is unknown. However, he was born on November 6 and went to school in Rio de Janeiro from 1990 until 2007.

Joaquim relocated to Florida from Brazil to attend Barry University and made Florida his home.
Alongside his family, the athlete teaches at the Valente Brothers’ Miami Beach headquarters. (The company’s associate locations in Coral Gables and Pembroke Pines are privately owned and run.)

In February of the following year, the model shared a glimpse of one of their training sessions on Instagram.
“I believe the more tools we have in our toolbox the better,” Bündchen captioned the footage. “I feel stronger, more confidence and empowered since I started practicing self-defense. I feel it’s an important skill for all, but specially for us women.
“Thank you @ValenteBrothers for being awesome teachers and making training so much fun,” she wrote. “I am looking forward to keep improving. Let’s go!”
Brady reacted via Twitter at the time, joking, “My days of leaving dishes in the sink are numbered.”
He’s Family-Oriented
Although Joaquim’s Instagram is private, his Twitter account is complete with heartfelt messages for his loved ones.
“Today the greatest man was born,” Joaquim wrote of his dad in November 2018. “My best friend, mentor, and father. Thank you for always being by my side. So many great memories.”
