One of the funniest married couples in Hollywood is Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally.
Both of them work in comedy professionally, which is also essential to their marriage. In 2020, Offerman stated to PEOPLE Now, “We [make] each other laugh most of all. In my opinion, you must be able to joke about things if any relationship is going to last.”
We got lucky, he continued. “The two of us are in love. Because we are two people, our connection demands effort, tolerance, and upkeep. Sometimes I sleep outside in the backyard because I’m sure I drive her up a tree. I send her a letter, and she grants me access to the house once more.”
When they both appeared in the play The Berlin Circle in 2000, Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally became friends. Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman exchanged vows on September 20, 2003. In a private ceremony at their Hollywood residence, the couple got hitched. Their guests, Mullally’s Will & Grace co-stars Eric McCormack, Sean Hayes, and Debra Messing, were taken aback by the wedding.
At the time, Mullally told Entertainment Tonight, “We had our family and closest friends fly out and told people we were throwing an Emmy celebration. “We welcomed them to our wedding,” we stated when they came.
Offerman revealed the circumstances surrounding their marriage ten years later. In an interview with the A.V. Club, he stated, “We fell in love, and before long, we could just tell that we wanted to stay together and establish a life together.”
