Jax Taylor recently clarified the situation about his marriage on Instagram Live by informing Bravo followers that he and Brittany Cartwright are not divorcing.
Taylor reassured them that the former “Vanderpump Rules” duo is doing fine after some fans speculated before the holidays that there was problems in paradise owing to the couple’s lack of social media togetherness.
When asked by fans about a potential divorce during his Instagram Live, which was recorded and some of which was uploaded on Reddit, Taylor said, “Divorce? I don’t understand why people keep bringing up divorce; are they bored at home?
He said firmly that he is “never getting a divorce,” repeating once more, “I don’t know who keeps saying I’m getting a divorce, why would I get a divorce?… I guess people are bored at the office they gotta make s*** up.”
Taylor said that his marriage to Cartwright is “stronger than ever” and that they are considering an alternative to divorce. We’re most likely going to get remarried, he said.
There Had Been Speculation About the State of Jax Taylor & Brittany Cartwright’s Marriage Due to Their Social Media Activity
Taylor’s comments about the state of his marriage came after fans speculated about the couple right before the holidays. According to The Sun, fans noticed that the former “Vanderpump Rules” stars hadn’t posted photos of themselves together for many weeks and that Taylor hadn’t commented on Cartwright’s pictures.
They further claimed that Cartwright had stopped commenting on her husband’s pictures since their family trip to Mexico in August. Additionally, while Cartwright and their son Cruz traveled to Kentucky for a week-long vacation, Taylor decided to stay home in Los Angeles. Taylor allegedly stated during an Instagram Live video that he needed a “break” from his family.
However, the couple shared other images from their vacations together, which seemed to restate some rumors.

Randall Emmett, Kent’s ex-boyfriend, served as a groomsman, while Taylor had Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval as his two best men. Several other Bravo celebrities were present for the special occasion, including Lauren Wirkus, Stephen McGee, and Shep Rose from the “Southern Charm” and “Summer House” seasons.
Cruz Michael was born to Taylor and Cartwright on April 12, 2021, making them parents.
