We’re getting closer and closer to Ahsoka Episode 8 – here’s how many episodes Season 1 of the Disney+ series will have. In recent years, fans have been more concerned about the length of Marvel and Star Wars Disney+ programs, both in terms of overall runtime and episode count.
There has been significant controversy regarding the pace of the most popular shows because some have been criticized for being too short.
Ahsoka Episode 8 Release Date
Ahsoka Season 2 Episode 7 is the final episode of the Disney+ series. On Tuesday, October 3 at 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET, the season finale of Ahsoka will debut on Disney+. After eight episodes, the first season of the Star Wars event program will come to an end, and there has been no word yet on whether or not there will be a Season 2.
Similar to The Mandalorian, there will be eight chapters every episode, however this series will be lengthier than both Obi-Wan Kenobi and The Book of Boba Fett. The first season of Skeleton Crew, Star Wars’ upcoming live-action program, will also consist of eight episodes.
Season 1 of Andor, the first live-action Star Wars Disney+ series, comprised 12 episodes, and Season 2 will do the same. Below is a complete rundown of how many episodes each Star Wars series on Disney+ will have:
- The Mandalorian (Season 1) — 8 episodes
- The Mandalorian (Season 2) — 8 episodes
- The Book of Boba Fett — 7 episodes
- Obi-Wan Kenobi — 6 episodes
- Andor (Season 1) — 12 episodes
- The Mandalorian (Season 3) — 8 episodes
- Star Wars: Skeleton Crew – 8 episodes
- The Acolyte – 8 episodes
- Andor (Season 2) – 12 episodes
What Will Happen in Ahsoka Episode 8?
Many fans of the Jedi-led Disney+ series Ahsoka will soon be wondering how the show will end and what will happen to the characters as the season finale approaches. Since Grand Admiral Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen) is set to be the antagonist of Dave Filoni’s final MandoVerse film, audiences shouldn’t expect his tale to wrap up here.
Ahsoka, in his efforts to restore the Empire, may instead create the framework to become a greater menace in the main galaxy. Because of this, we can expect to see Zeb, who made his live-action debut in Season 3 of The Mandalorian but has not yet appeared in Ahsoka, make his way back to the main Star Wars galaxy to reunite with the rest of the Ghost crew.
Popular Ahsoka characters include the mercenaries Baylan Skoll (portrayed by Ray Stevenson) and Shin Hati (portrayed by Ivanna Sakhno), who have both showed signs of waning devotion to Thrawn and his cause. Since Stevenson passed away earlier this year, we presumably won’t see the former again, but the latter still has hope for a prosperous future in the Star Wars universe.
The death of Baylan Skoll in Ahsoka has been theorized by many as the catalyst for Shin Hati’s conversion and eventual participation in the resistance movement against Thrawn.
Since Ahsoka has only appeared in The Mandalorian Season 2, it is presently unknown if she will appear in any other live-action Star Wars Disney+ series. However, including one may be used to set up the following season, the Filoni movie, or the next program in the MandoVerse, Skeleton Crew.
