Armored Core VI: Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon is the renowned developer’s upcoming major undertaking, which it only recently announced in a teaser at The Game Awards. FromSoftware only recently published Elden Ring in February of this year. It is scheduled for release in 2023.
It’s challenging to predict exactly what to look forward to based on the mysterious Armored Core VI trailer, which showed numerous lingering glimpses of enormous mechs.
But the trailer undoubtedly conjures up a great atmosphere that, I hope, accurately depicts what it’s like to play the game. When it launches early next year, Armored Core VI will be playable on the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
Since Armored Core V was launched in 2012, more than ten years ago, this game has been a long time coming for Armored Core series fans. Since then, the Dark Souls series (even though the first Dark Souls was released before Armored Core V), Bloodborne, and Elden Ring have helped FromSoftware establish itself as one of the most well-known game developers.
It will be interesting to see if the studio can apply the lessons it learned from those titles to this new Armored Core.]
