Does Rip Wheeler Die In Yellowstone?
We can’t yet predict if Rip Wheeler will endure in Yellowstone. But, given that Joe and Beth only recently got married in Season 4, it’s likely that the “something big” will be a baby, an extramarital relationship, or any other number of storylines for the couple in the drama.
Nonetheless, the hiring of Cole Hauser in 1883: The Bass Reeves Story, a Yellowstone spinoff that starred Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, has led some fans to speculate that Rip may not live. He might be able to handle multiple tasks at once, though!
What Did Cole Hauser Say About Rip Dying On Yellowstone?
In an interview with TODAY, Cole Hauser, who plays the disturbed Rip on the show, attempted to alleviate some of the concerns about the impending death of his character.
“My mom’s told me a couple of them and I said, ‘Mom, I do the killing. Don’t worry about it,'” he said. “I think we’re OK. For now.”
He noted that there is “a darkness to [Rip],” adding, “but there’s also, kind of, this real passion and love that he has for Beth (Kelly Reilly) and I thought that’s a really good juxtaposition as an actor to be able to play that.”
