John Morrison, a former WWE star, got in a car accident on April 22 in the morning. He is fine, and he may even wrestle later tonight.
John Morrison has been wrestling for many years; he won the third season of the WWE reality series Tough Enough and first debuted on the main roster as Johnny Nitro.
Morrison is best recognized for his stint with the WWE, but he has also made appearances for other significant wrestling organizations over the years.
Some notable accomplishments in Morrison’s WWE career include his tag team title reign with Joey Mercury as MNM and numerous singles championship victories.
From 2019 until 2021, Morrison’s most recent tenure in the WWE lasted, culminating in a conflict with his longtime ally The Miz.
Since leaving WWE, Morrison has wrestled on AEW television as Johnny Elite and on the independent circuit under a variety of ring names.

On April 22, John Morrison will wrestle as Johnny Dreamwave at Dreamwave Wrestling’s Anniversary 8 event in LaSalle, Illinois.
According to a tweet from Dreamwave Wrestling, Morrison was involved in a car accident this morning, which required him to board a different aircraft than he had initially intended.
Morrison had been scheduled to attend a meet and greet before the performance, but as an apology to the fans, he will now sign autographs following the performance. “Sorry for the inconvenience, and big shout out to John for being a true professional,” stated Dreamwave on Twitter. At the time of writing, no additional details are available regarding the car collision.

Morrison has a long-running career in professional wrestling, but he has also appeared in films and television shows. Morrison performed stunts for the DCEU film Birds of Prey, appeared in the pro wrestling drama/comedy GLOW, and provided the voice of a character in The Guardians of Justice.
Morrison has also made numerous wrestling video game appearances, most recently in WWE 2K22. Others may be familiar with him because of his recent boxing triumph over Epic Meal Time presenter and YouTuber Harley Morenstein.
