Due to the singer for Higher Power being ordered by “strict” medical advice to rest for three weeks, the band has canceled eight scheduled performances in Brazil as part of their Music Of The Spheres world tour.
According to a statement from Coldplay, Chris has been given strict medical instructions to rest for the next three weeks owing to a hazardous lung condition.
“To everyone in Brazil who was looking forward to these events, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and are grateful for your understanding as we prioritize Chris’ health during this trying period.
“We are sure that Chris will fully recover from the required medical break, and we can’t wait to get the tour back on the road.
Coldplay offered their heartfelt apologies for postponing the shows and promised to comply with refund requests.

The tour will restart in Argentina from October 25 to November 8, 2023, after which it will take a vacation and continue in Europe in May 2023.
The Brazil dates will now occur in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo in the early months of 2023.

Due to a hazardous lung condition, Chris has been given strict medical instructions to rest for the next three weeks.
We will return in a few days with more information after setting the new dates as soon as possible.
The statement from Coldplay continues, “We are optimistic that Chris will recuperate well following the recommended medical break and look forward to rejoining the tour soon.
