Tributes to Jeff Alessi

CowboyKenny690 Wrote,

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Alessi family. One of the best in motocross has passed away. I’m aware that the Alessis’ fanbase is split down the middle. I will state that both of those young men have always been friendly and respectful toward me and my loved ones. Rest in peace, Jeff; my condolences to your loved ones and I do look forward to racing you up there someday.

Stoney Horn Wrote,

The Alessi family has endured an unfathomable tragedy, and they would appreciate your prayers. As a lifelong supercross enthusiast, Alec was particularly influenced by Jeff Alessi after he met him at the event one year. On the Rock River rig’s stairway, Jeff and Alec conversed for quite some time.

I bared my rotten toes to him and we had a good old fashioned smackdown. It meant the world to Alec, and he still thinks about it occasionally. The Alessi family is in my thoughts and prayers as they try to weather this storm. Jeff Alessi, rest in peace.
