Dnipro Death Toll Climbs To 30: Regional Governor’s Adviser
According to Natalia Babachenko, an advisor to the regional governor, 30 persons have already been verified killed after a prominent Russian missile attack struck an apartment building complex in the city of Dnipro.
According to Babachenko, there were over 30 patients in hospitals, 12 of whom had severe conditions.
She estimated that 30 to 40 persons may still be buried beneath the debris.
Belarus Says Air Force Drills With Russia Purely Defensive

According to the Ukrainian leader, 13 children were among the 73 injured.
According to him, almost 230 apartments were damaged, and about 72 were demolished.
