Is Fabolous Married? Are Emily Bustamante And Fabolous Still Together?

A rapper from the United States named Fabolous, John David Jackson was born on November 18, 1977. He was up in Brooklyn, and as a senior in high school, he first came to national attention when he gave a live performance on D.J. Clue’s radio show, which was broadcast on Hot 97. Jackson then joined D.J. Clue’s Desert Storm imprint and later won a distribution contract with major label Elektra. The 2001 album Ghetto Fabolous, which featured Nate Dogg and produced the smash singles “Can’t Deny It” and “Young’s (Holla Back),” helped Jackson acquire notoriety. Two U.S. top 10 singles, “Can’t Let You Go” (with Lil’ Mo) and “Into You,” helped promote his second album, Street Dreams, which was released in 2003. (featuring Tamia or Ashanti).

Jackson had a string of hit singles throughout the 2000s, including the songs mentioned above as well as “Trade It All, Pt. 2” (featuring Diddy and Jagged Edge), “Breathe,” “Make Me Better” (featuring Ne-Yo), “Baby Don’t Go” (featuring T-Pain), “Throw It in the Bag” (featuring The-Dream), and “You Be Killin’ Em.” He is also well-known for contributing to several R&B tracks, such as Lil’ Mo’s “Superwoman Pt. II,” The-“Shawty Dream’s Is a 10,” Ryan Leslie’s “Addiction,” Jamie Foxx’s “She Got Her Own,” and Trey Songz’s, “Say Aah,” to name a few.

Jackson joined Atlantic Records in 2004, leaving Elektra, where he had previously released Real Talk, his debut and only album with Atlantic (another division of Warner Music Group). Jackson’s contract with Atlantic was terminated in 2006, and he formally joined Def Jam Recordings (owned by Warner competitor Universal Music Group). In 2006, Jackson established Street Family Records, his own record company. From Nothin’ to Somethin’ was his Def Jam debut, released in 2007. His fifth studio album, Loso’s Way, was made available in 2009. Jackson has gathered several independently released mixtapes, including numerous volumes of his famed There Is No Competition and The S.O.U.L. Tape series. In 2014, The Young OG Project, his sixth album, was made available.

According to reports, Fabolous and Emily wed in October 2018. Fans of the 44-year-old MC are probably aware of Emily Bustamante, his on-again, off-again companion. Along with Emily’s appearance on multiple episodes of Love & Hip Hop: New York, the couple is said to have begun dating around 2001.

Two sons and two girls are also shared by the couple, along with Taina Williams, who was born on April 1, 1998, and the other two children, Johan, Jonas, and Journey Isabella, who were born in 2008, 2015, and 2020, respectively.

Despite the couple’s two-decade on-and-off relationship, controversy is nothing new to them. In reality, The Atlanta Black Star notes that Fab, accused of threatening and assaulting Emily at their New Jersey home in March 2018, entered a not-guilty plea to four felony charges.

Fans are now speculating about the status of Fab and Emily’s relationship in light of this. Additionally, the long-term couple ended their relationship in early 2022, as reported by TheJasmineBRAND.

According to the source, the rapper was not seen at Emily’s birthday celebrations in mid-February, around her birthday. The two had also stopped following one another on social media.

The pair has also appeared to quit publicly expressing their love and adoration online, despite being renowned for often uploading pictures of themselves with their blended family. In October 2021, Emily shared her final image with the artist. Additionally, Emily shared pictures of her and Fab and their son Johan, who just graduated from middle school in June 2022, alone. No family photos, though, were published.
