The gunshot death of a lady discovered Saturday afternoon in southwest Atlanta has been reported to Atlanta Police.
At about 2:30 p.m., police were summoned to an apartment building on Markham Street SW. They discovered the victim there, who had been shot in the body.

After being brought to the hospital, the woman passed away.
