Jessica Reisinger And Her Daughter Lillia Were Fatally Injured In A Car Accident
Authorities claim that Jessica Resinger and her daughter Lillia were killed in a car accident on May 26, 2018. According to accounts, she and her child were struck by a black Ford Mustang driven by Cameron Herrin while on a stroll in Tampa, Florida. Jessica, 24, passed away right away from her injuries, and her daughter, who was also hurt in the collision, passed away later that day, on May 27, due to her wounds.
The Mustang and a 2015 gold Nissan driven by John Barrineau were engaged in a drag race. Tristan Herrin, one of the Mustang’s passengers, and two of the drivers were all taken into custody by the police after the collision. Herrin and Barrineau were both charged with misdemeanor vehicular homicide in addition to street racing and vehicular murder, while Tristan was accused of misdemeanor street racing.
In April 2021, more than three years after the murder was committed, Herrin was given a sentence of 24 years in state prison. Christopher Nash, a Hillsborough Circuit Judge, imposed the penalty.
