House Panel Releases Trump Interview Transcripts From The House January 6 Committee!
Thursday saw the release of 19 transcripts from the House January 6 committee, which included significant conversations with staffers and family members of the late President Donald Trump.
Donald Trump Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle, Stephanie Grisham, Alyssa Farah Griffin, and Doug Mastriano are the witnesses whose testimony is included in the most recent transcripts.
The transcripts are provided below.
Donald Trump Jr.
During the 2020 election and on January 6, 2021, Donald Trump Jr. served as a high-profile surrogate for the Trump campaign and was one of the most well-known supporters of his father. Before the former president’s speech at the “Stop the Steal” protest at the Ellipse, Trump Jr. was with him backstage outside the White House.
According to CNN, he met with the select committee in May.

Kimberly Guilfoyle
In April, the committee spoke with Kimberly Guilfoyle, Trump Jr.’s fiancée, and a former Trump campaign supporter.
She was a crucial eyewitness to the activities leading up to the January 6 uprising. Guilfoyle was with Trump that morning and was backstage at the “Stop the Steal” protest on the Ellipse with the former president and other family members. She spoke at the rally as one of the special guests.

Stephanie Grisham
A transcript of Stephanie Grisham‘s interview from May was made public by the committee.
When she initially met with the committee in January, Grisham, a former White House press secretary and chief of staff to former first lady Melania Trump, told reporters that she “cooperated fully.”
Her phone discussion with Maryland Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin, a committee member, during which Raskin urged her to meet with the panel, led to her meeting with the committee. Then, a source informed CNN that Grisham and Raskin spoke extensively over the phone regarding her knowledge of what transpired on January 6 behind the scenes at the White House.

Alyssa Farah Griffin
According to Cassidy Hutchinson‘s testimony, which was made public last week via transcripts, she sought advice from Griffin, a former White House aide, when she had a nagging suspicion that she was withholding information from the committee. Hutchinson was a former assistant to Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows.
Hutchinson also stated in her testimony that she requested Griffin, a political analyst for CNN, to serve as a backchannel to the committee so they could bring her back in and know what questions to ask – without informing her attorney.
Griffin left her position as director of communications for the White House in December 2020, one month following the election.

Doug Mastriano
Trump’s friend Doug Mastriano met with the committee in August and promoted the former president’s election lies. At the time, he was the Pennsylvania Republican Party’s candidate for governor.
In response to a subpoena he got in March, he had previously provided the panel with some records, according to his attorney, who spoke to CNN. After pictures of him on the grounds of the US Capitol that day surfaced, a source familiar with the situation informed CNN that he was also questioned by the FBI last year about the preparations for the January 6 rally and the breach of the building.
