Jeremy Renner Condition After Accident: Actor Jeremy Renner was hurt on Sunday while shoveling snow and his spokesperson described his condition as “serious but stable.”
“As of now, we can confirm Jeremy is in critical but stable condition with injuries suffered after experiencing a weather-related accident while plowing snow earlier today,” the publicist, Samantha Mast, said. “His family is with him and receiving excellent care.”
According to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, Renner, 51, was taken to a nearby hospital from the scene of the event in Reno, Nevada.
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office responded to a traumatic injury in the vicinity of Mt. Rose Highway in Reno, Nevada, at about 9 a.m. on January 1, 2023, according to a statement from the sheriff’s office.
Authorities declared that they were looking into what had occurred.
“Mr. Renner was the only involved party in the incident,” the sheriff’s office said.
As Hawkeye, Renner had a prominent role in Marvel’s “The Avengers” films. On Disney+, he is the star of the Marvel “Hawkeye” series.
He has received back-to-back acting Oscar nominations for “The Hurt Locker” and “The Town,” making him a two-time contender. Renner’s portrayal of an Iraqi bomb disposal technician in the 2008 film “The Hurt Locker” contributed to his fame.
His acting resume also includes parts in “The Bourne Legacy” and “Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation.”
