Jerry Telan reported that Baldivino, who had been “comatose” for five days, passed away at 4 a.m., citing information from the singer’s parents and fiancé. He had reached the ripe old age of 29.
A statement posted on Telan’s Instagram account claims that Baldivino was taken to Jesus of Nazareth Hospital in Batangas on the evening of December 3 after experiencing breathing difficulties following a performance of his music.

The crowd’s commotion was too much for him to resist, and he gave in since he knew “Bundy” (Jovit). He performed three signature tunes, including Journey’s “Faithfully.” According to Telan’s post, Baldivino was taken to the hospital that night when “he was gasping for breath on the third song.”

The artist’s representative stated that Baldivino’s CT scan revealed “a blood clot in the brain (the sign of aneurysm).” Baldivino’s albums and singles, such as “Pusong Bato” and “Ikay’ Mahal Pa Rin,” became hits after winning the first Pilipinas Got Talent season in 2010.
