Babel posted a video of Mitchell and his girlfriend playing a Relationship Quiz on their first date on Mitchell’s YouTube channel. Babel asked Mitchell, “What was the name of that restaurant?” but Mitchell couldn’t think of it. “Village Idiot,” Babel referred to the man. A grin spread across his face as he quipped, “I wined you and dined.” Mitchell grinned in reply.

Babel has been seen in many social media posts from the management and entertainment firm DreamCrew, which handles Drake’s career and business affairs.
When Drake and Lil Durk filmed their “Laugh Now Cry Later” music video, Babel was there. Babel shared some of the footage he filmed behind the scenes on Instagram. Babel tagged the photo with “CLB,” perhaps alluding to Drake’s upcoming album of the same name.

Matte Babel and Mitchell Work Together on Projects!
Mitchell is not just an actress and social media influencer but also a successful businesswoman who owns several different enterprises. She also co-founded the tequila seltzer company Onda and introduced their product, Béis, in 2018.
Mitchell posted a video to her YouTube channel titled “How I Started My Brand,” Babel is seen participating in the development and launch of Béis and even traveling to China with her to source the materials for her travel bags. Babel is on the board of both brands and serves in a strategic role for Bes.
Béis organized a charity pickleball competition in January 2023, and Babel and Mitchell played on the same team. The proud papa even posed for pictures while wearing the company’s latest athletic sling.
Mitchell Announced The Couple Was Expecting Their Second Child
Shay Mitchell is a true beauty now that she’s a mother of two. The actress and her boyfriend, Matte Babel, had their second child in February 2022. In a video posted on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, the Pretty Little Liars star made the news from the BÉIS Motel pop-up shop in The Grove in Los Angeles.
“The first time I have ever left the house, at least in weeks,” a voice says as the camera pans to Shay. “I have a big surprise for all of you and guess what it is? Shay where’s your bump,” As Mitchell lowers the camera to her stomach, the voice continues.
On Sunday, Shay continued to announce her pregnancy to the world by posting a photo and revealing the baby’s name. The actress admitted she honored her recently departed grandma by naming her daughter.
“Losing the most important person in my life in the same year I welcomed my second daughter has shifted everything for me, but one thing remains steady in my soul — I’m certain they spent time together and that brings me peace and joy. We’re so happy you’re here Rome, named after my best friend, my soulmate, my “person,” my Grandma Romaine,” Shay said.

In an interview with E! News, the You star also revealed that she and Babel are the proud parents of a newborn girl. “I recently just had my second child and this is why this is all so much sweeter because this is the first time I’ve actually been outside of the house since having her,” she said at the event for the travel firm she co-founded.
As my other child said, “It’s really special to come and visit my other baby.” Mitchell announced her second pregnancy in February, just after her grandma d!ed.
“Saying goodbye to a loved one while simultaneously experiencing the joy of welcoming another into this world is the great cycle of life,” She accompanied a set of images of her naked belly with captions. “It is also my most challenging season to date. I can’t help but think this was the universe’s plan all along, knowing I would need other worldly joy to cushion the blow of losing one of the most important people in my life. Yet, this is proof that love, life and loss can profoundly exist all at the same time.”

Mitchell told ET in June 2020 that she and Babel are in a relationship but aren’t in a hurry to get married. “A lot of people ask, it’s never been something I really cared for,” she admitted. “And I love weddings, love weddings. I can watch them all day long. I love attending, I love being a part of my friends’ [weddings], anybody’s to be quite honest. It’s just not something I care for for myself and it’s something that Matte and I have spoken about.”
