Since the show’s debut in December 2009, the Jersey Shore cast has expanded significantly, and they have experienced many parties, strife, and breakups.
The meatball, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, is one cast member who has developed a lot since the start of the competition. She was once a pickle-obsessed party girl married to Jionni LaValle and had three children. If Snooki and Jionni are still dating, the fans are still curious.
Snooki and Jionni Relationship Status
Us Weekly claimed in March 2012 that Nicole was expecting a child and had become engaged to Jionni, the child’s father. Jionni and the MTV celebrity had been dating for almost 1.5 years.
“I have different priorities now,” Snooki said at the time. “I don’t care what anybody else thinks. As long as I know, I’m ready, and he’s ready.”
Jionni remarked, “We are not going to screw this up,” in response to a question regarding his connection with Snooki. The couple was dating during the third season of the popular MTV reality series. Jionni joined the cast as a regular because of his on-screen friendship with Snooki and their well-known conflict.
Their first son, Lorenzo Dominic, was born on August 26, 2012, and their second child, Giovanna Marie, was born on September 26, 2014. The pair tied the knot on November 29, 2014, and have enjoyed a happy life together ever since. They welcomed a son called Angelo James as their second child on May 30, 2019.
Snooki joked that she would try to trick her hubby into growing the family but revealed to In Touch in 2021 that she is not in a rush to have a fourth child.
She said In Touch, “I always said I wanted four, so, maybe in like a year or two, but my husband is like ‘Hell no.’” So, maybe I’ll fool them and be like, ‘Yeah, sweetheart, I’m on the pill,’” she joked. “And be like, ‘Oh my God.’”

Is Snooki Getting Divorced?
When it was revealed in January 2018 that Jionni would no longer feature on the Jersey Shore revival, numerous rumors had been circulating for years indicating that the couple had finally decided to call it quits.
Fans thought the couple was getting a divorce. But since he disliked being in front of the camera, he decided against participating. “Hey guys, I’m going to visit this subject only once,” Jionni shared on Instagram.
“My wife is filming a scene packing up and leaving for her new show, and I AM CHOOSING TO NOT be on TV because I DO NOT like it. Nicole and I are doing great and became even stronger together while raising our beautiful kids.”
“HOWEVER,” he continued. “You will not see me on her reality show. Being a reality star was never something I wanted to be. … I own my own business and work hard at it. That’s what I do. My wife is a reality star and works hard at that. That’s what she does. We ARE not divorced.”
After Nicole was spotted out and about in November 2021 without her wedding band, the public started to worry that trouble was brewing in paradise. She ended the accusations by posting an Instagram picture of herself sporting wedding rings and matching pictures of her and her hubby.
On November 29, 2021, the day of their anniversary, Snooki wished her husband well and shared a picture from their lovely wedding. “Happy Anniversary to the best wife and mother I could ask for,” Jionni wrote with the identical photo on social media.
