New court documents acquired by the Daily Mail suggest that Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde have resolved their contentious custody dispute. Child support payments for Otis, 9, and Daisy, 6, are set at $27,500 each month, according to reports on the “Ted Lasso” actor.
This settlement, reached over two years after the exes initially began their legal battle, is claimed to be based on Sudeikis’ expected 2023 income of $10.5 million and Wilde’s estimated 2023 income of $500,000, respectively.
According to the documents, the parents have agreed that “child support for the minor children in the amount of $27,500 per month is sufficient to maintain the needs of the minor children considering Jason’s station in life… is consistent with each child’s best interest, and application of the guideline would be unjust or inappropriate in this case.”
When the “Don’t Worry Darling” filmmaker was famously handed legal papers while on stage at CinemaCon in April 2022, the custody fight between Sudeikis, 48, and Wilde, 39, took a dramatic turn.
The insider told Page Six at the time that Wilde felt ashamed. An insider said, “It seemed unthinkable to her and it took a moment to set in, but as mortifying as it was, she did not want to give a reaction.” The situation has improved greatly since then.
Both Sudeikis and Wilde were photographed last weekend in Los Angeles at Otis’s soccer game, so it appears that they have put their custody dispute to rest. The two parted ways with a high-five and an embrace.
They started dating in November of 2011, and Wilde proposed to Sudeikis in January of 2013. They have their two children together but will be divorcing in 2020 November.
