“Saturday Night Live” will be hosted by Josh Brolin and Sydney Sweeney in the near future. The long-running NBC sketch comedy series will welcome Sweeney as its presenter on March 2.
Musical guest Kacey Musgraves, who is making her third appearance on the show, will be joining her. Recently, Sweeney was in the Spider-verse film “Madame Web,” and on March 22, her new picture “Immaculate” will be released in theaters.
March 15 marks the release of “Deeper Well,” Musgraves’ newest album. The romantic comedy “Anyone But You,” in which Sweeney co-starred with Glen Powell and which has amassed approximately $200 million globally, is another notable work of Sweeney’s.
March 9 will be Brolin’s third time hosting “SNL,” and he’ll be accompanied by Ariana Grande onstage. Another returning guest is Grande, who will be making her third visit.
In the highly anticipated sequel “Dune: Part Two,” which is set to hit theaters on March 1, Brolin will return as Gurney Halleck. On the other hand, Grande’s new album “Eternal Sunshine” is scheduled to be released on March 8.
Shane Gillis’s hosting debut on “SNL” is scheduled for February 24th, as previously stated. Originally cast in 2019 as a series regular, Gillis is a stand-up comedian.
His racist, homophobic, Islamophobic, and misogynistic remarks on his podcast and other platforms were soon removed, though, and he was promptly dismissed from the cast. Musical guest 21 Savage will be joining Gillis on his episode.
