The streamer claimed that the man texted her shortly after, and they decided to go on a dinner date four days later. Pokimane found it a little stressful and didn’t feel like going on a date because the man had contacted her so much over the four days. The streamer went on a date nevertheless, saying she was “pleasantly surprised” by the guy, and they discussed a wide range of topics.
However, the man revealed about halfway through the date that he had two kids, who were about four and five years old, with his ex-wife. Pokimane reported that she was shocked by this, which immediately made her feel uncomfortable. The streamer said she thought it was strange that the man, who had texted her nonstop for the previous four days and shared a lot of information about his life, had neglected to reveal this crucial fact to her. He seems to have consciously tried to conceal that aspect of his life.

The streamer admitted that she would have been more at ease if the man had brought it up earlier rather than just dropping it out of the blue. Without a certain, Pokimane has not utilized dating apps since this happened.
