With ex-wife Mariah Carey, the Wild ‘N Out host became a father for the first time in 2011 when they welcomed twins, Moroccan and Monroe. The couple split up after five years and now share parental responsibilities for their children.

He has two kids with ex-wives Brittany Bell and Abby De La Rosa. Bell gave birth to a son, Golden, in February 2017 and a girl, Powerful, in December 2017, while the DJ had twins, Zillion and Zion, in June 2021. In December of 2021, the couple’s infant son, a boy, passed away from a brain tumor at the age of 5 months. The photographer and Cannon didn’t share their pregnancy news until she gave birth in September 2022. As his family grew, Cannon made a speech to them all.
In this time of joy, he asked that all but the highest-vibrational members of society — those “really aligned with our purpose here in this dimension” — join in the festivities. So much wisdom may be gleaned from the little angels we name children. As time passed, I realized that it was not a scarcity of days but of love that was the real problem.
And no matter what others think, I will love this little girl with all my heart… I’ve given up trying to fit any mold that society or the outside world has for me, and instead, I’m working on becoming the whole, perfect Being that God always intended for me to be.

Hopefully, I will be able to instill this similar sense of confidence in Onyx, teaching her that the harsh judgments of others are nothing more than the projection of the onlooker’s hurt, guilt, and social conditioning onto her pristine beauty.
Not everyone in my family has my level of resilience; while I am not easily triggered, have very robust skin, and have always been an open book, they do not. I beg and pray that people will direct their skepticism and criticism toward me rather than my children’s precious mothers.
