The Song of Lunch, a 2010 BBC/Masterpiece production featuring his wife, the actress Emma Thompson, and Alan Rickman, is also produced by him. Greg Wise returned to the stage in February 2015, starring in Brad Fraser’s Kill Me Now at the Park Theatre in Finsbury Park, London.

Wise portrayed emotionally distant father, Gilbert Aldridge, in the BBC’s two-part adaptation of Sadie Jones’ debut novel The Outcast, aired in July 2015. Wise represents Lord Louis Mountbatten in The Crown’s first and second seasons (2016/17).
