Fans of RHOA were all too familiar with the name “Big Poppa” before Kim Biermann wed Kroy Biermann in 2011, but that was pretty much the extent of our knowledge of her enigmatic romance.
Real estate tycoon Big Poppa, whose true name is Lee Najjar, was responsible for Kim’s opulent lifestyle before Kroy. Over seasons 1 and 2 of the show, Lee allegedly paid for her Range Rover, townhouse, and many other lavish presents.
Although the mother of six made an effort to keep their relationship a secret, information regarding her prior sugar daddy and previous relationship is now public knowledge.

He had a wife! Throughout his relationship with Kim Zolciak, Lee was married to another lady named Kim and is still in that relationship.
Although there have been rumors of a brutal divorce and other relationship speed bumps, a simple look at her Instagram account reveals that the two are still happily married.
The couple has two children together, so explaining the situation to them once they were old enough must have been strange!

Some people have been curious about what “Big Poppa” has been up to since Kim ended her relationship with him to focus on her relationship with NFL star Kroy Biermann.
Before he was even “seen” on Real Housewives of Atlanta, the Najjar mansion was featured in MTV’s Teen Cribs episode, giving him his first taste of celebrity.
The episode displayed an incredibly opulent mansion with a private movie theater, a ton of TVs (including two for one bed, which was essential), an in-house hairdresser, and many other amenities. The house had a Hibachi stove, enhancing an already incredibly fun life!
The Najjar kids undoubtedly benefited from their father’s position; his daughter Katelin received the identical Range Rover famously purchased for Kim!
Big Poppa Did Have Some Legal Troubles…
For the wealthy and well-known, nothing can be flawless, can it? TMZ and other sources had a pulse on everything happening in Big Poppa’s life because of his infamous status on Real Housewives of Atlanta.
When it was revealed that he had been arrested in 2012, not long after his relationship with Kim ended, many people were astonished. Could the murder have occurred? Banking robbery? It turned out to be less thrilling because he neglected to keep a stormwater system up and running at one of his homes.
Boring! Having said that, it’s comforting to know that no one—not even the legendary Big Poppa—is above the law.
