Nicholas Lou Saban Jr. is an American football coach who was born on October 31, 1951. From 2007 until 2023, he coached the University of Alabama football team as head coach. Many people think he was the best college football coach ever. Saban has coached at three different universities—LSU, MSU, and Toledo—in addition to his time as head coach of the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL).

Saban and Terry spent approximately $2.9 million in 2007 on a Tuscaloosa house. The Crimson Tide Foundation purchased Saban’s 8,700 square foot property from him in 2013 for $3.1 million. Real estate on North Georgia Mountains’ Lake Burton has also been owned by Nick Saban in the past. He got his hands on a single property with 1.7 acres of land and 9,600 square feet of living space. With more than 700 feet of lake beachfront, this property is bordered by woodlands on three sides.
Saban paid slightly under $11 million at auction for this house in 2013. He didn’t have far to travel after selling this house. A comparable second home on Lake Burton was already owned by Nick’s family when the auction took place.
Saban bought a beachfront house on Florida’s Jupiter Island for $17.5 million in the spring of 2023. The asking price for the 6,200-square-foot mansion was $21.5 million.

After more than half a century of marriage, Nick Saban and Terry have welcomed two children, Nicholas and Kristen. During Nick’s first three years at Alabama, the Sabans helped raise over $1 million through their organization, Nick’s Kids.
