They claimed in the lawsuit that the network had breached their contracts by not paying them the merchandising revenues that were due to them. The actors asserted their right to millions of dollars, while CBS asserted its right to pay them between $8,000 and $9,000 each.
In the end, the lawsuit was resolved in the summer of 2012, and CBS promised to follow the terms of the actors’ contracts in addition to paying them $65,000 each.
