Is Reese Witherspoon Married?
In 2011, Witherspoon and Toth married at the ranch Witherspoon owns in California. Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe’s children from a previous marriage were participating in the ceremony.
Son Deacon Phillippe served as the ring bearer at the wedding, while the bride’s daughter Ava Phillippe was the maid of honor.

During an interview with ELLE in 2012, Witherspoon revealed that Toth had rescued her from a highly drunk man at a home party.

The actress said, “It came out of the blue when it happened. This incredibly inebriated guy was making inappropriate advances toward me, making a fool of himself, and yelling at me.
It seemed like he was saying, “You don’t know me,” while slurring his words and waving his finger in her face.
I responded by saying, “Yeah, I know.” I am not familiar with you!'” And at that point, Toth swooped in to help.
Witherspoon explained, “When Jim arrived, he apologized to his friend and asked that he clear his schedule.
He recently ended his relationship with someone. Because Jim helped him get out of that jam, we may say Jim is an excellent friend. He is naturally a tremendously kind person; it’s just part of who he is.”
When Did Jim Propose To Reese?
After ending her relationship with actor Jake Gyllenhaal at the end of 2009, it was reported in February 2010 by People that Witherspoon had begun dating Toth.
They were observed to be on a date, during which one spectator claimed that Toth and Witherspoon were “quite flirty” and that “Reese seemed extremely happy.”
To cut a long story short, the proposal took place in December 2010, and Toth was already engaged. According to Us Weekly, a representative for the couple shared the news that “They are thrilled.”
How Is He Such A Successful Talent Agent?
Although Toth is not Witherspoon’s agent, he does serve as the co-head of the motion film talent department at Creative Artists Agency.
Even though he isn’t a celebrity, Toth works in the same circles as Reese Witherspoon. Heavy reports that he represents a whole bunch of A-list actors, including Scarlett Johansson and Matthew McConaughey.
According to a source who spoke to People in May 2010, Witherspoon found it appealing because Toth did not have a significant public profile.
The close friend explained, “She likes that he is not a celebrity.” They have had some time to get to know one another in a less public setting.
