In the 1994 Walt Disney Feature Animation film The Lion King, he provided the singing voice of young Simba. The 2004 single “One Call Away” by Chingy, which he appeared on, reached number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. The film ATL, released in 2006, featured him as Teddy.
