The Weekly Shonen Jump magazine announced the exciting news and unveiled a teaser image on its 31st edition, published on July 4, 2022. The popular comedy manga Mashle: Magic And Muscles will shortly be adapted into an anime in 2023.
Aniplex confirmed this on the same day by releasing the upcoming anime’s first promotional video on their Youtube channel.
Mash fans will finally watch how Saitama, the love child of Saitama and Harry Potter, upsets the magical world’s natural order.
Mashle: Magic And Muscles Anime Release Date
Although Aniplex hasn’t provided a specific date, the fall of 2023 seems a viable debut window.
One reason is the declaration of the website saying that the upcoming Mashle anime will be a “complete” adaptation.
This indicates that a single season will be dedicated to adapting the whole manga.
A thorough adaptation might take two courses as the Mashle: Magic and Muscles manga is entering its final arc with the 12th volume.
The team at A-1 Pictures, the company in charge of Mashle’s animation, will have plenty of time to fully adapt the adored manga before the film’s Fall 2023 premiere.
A reasonable debut date to start the Fall season would be April 2023.

Hisashi Toshima (Tada Never Fell in Love) will handle the character designs, while Masaru Yokoyama (2019 Fruits Basket) will oversee the music composition.
Yousuke Kuroda, who wrote the script for My Hero Academia, will supervise Mashle’s writing.

The manga series of the same name by Hajime Kmoto served as the inspiration for Mashle.
In January 2020, Shueisha’s Weekly Shnen Jump began serializing Mashle.
The manga series’ 12th volume, published on July 4, 2022, marks the beginning of its last arc.
Aniplex confirmed the anime adaptation of the manga series, with A-1 Pictures in charge of the animation, in time for the publication of the 12th volume.
Many fans were surprised that Mashle manga would end too soon, seeing that the author could still do much with the story.
It is stated that Kmoto’s desire to realize his ambition may be seen in Mash’s drive to survive.
