The Only Murders In The Building actress took a self-portrait without removing a zit from her face.

Gomez has always been forthright with her fans regarding beauty routines and beyond — her 2022 documentary My Mind and Me raised the curtain on her problems with her lupus diagnosis along with bipolar disorder, sadness and anxiety.
Gomez told ET shortly before the documentary’s November premiere that the experience had allowed her to reflect favorably on her body image journey.
She remarked of the movie, “Strangely, I feel like it is a time capsule of things. “When I reflect on that time in my life, I truly feel sorry for that self.
I believe it was beneficial to observe how my body was responding to me, how I was acting, and how it occasionally became irrational. I believe that seeing this and expressing it helped me heal.”

At the documentary debut, Gomez had told viewers to “not be terrified. The truth is, I’ve never been reluctant to let people know that I need some time to myself, “She spoke.
“I never considered that to be a drawback. Therefore, what does it mean to be open and say, “Hey, I’m taking a break because I need it?” I suppose I’m being honest because it’s who I am.”
