Christen Harper Is the Fiancee of Jared Goff. Among the 2021 winners of Sports Illustrated’s annual Swim Search, Harper was named the magazine’s Rookie of the Year for 2022. Others may recall her for the way she celebrated Goff’s first Lions victory.

The Lions’ 15-game losing skid was finally broken when Goff threw a touchdown pass to Amon-Ra St. Brown, and SI posted a video of Harper, who was at the time participating in a photo shoot, learning of the victory.

Like Goff, Harper was raised in the Golden State. Her older brother, Shane, played in the AHL and ECHL before making a brief appearance with the Florida Panthers, so she is no stranger to the world of professional sports. He has now moved to a few different leagues.

She has a few humorous postings about the QB Goff and is extremely transparent about her friendship with him.

How Did Jared Goff Meet Christen Harper?

Harper revealed that the soon-to-be weds first connected in 2019 through the celebrity dating app Raya. She even claimed responsibility for the initial contact. “I was truly not looking for anything at the time,” Harper told Sports Illustrated. “I had just gotten out of a long relationship, and I was trying to stay single for a year. Then I met him, and the rest is history, baby.”

The 2019 ESPYs were the first public event at which the couple appeared together. Since the beginning, the two have been an item. After being traded from the Los Angeles Rams to the Detroit Lions in 2021, Harper decided to join Goff there. It turned out for the best that she left her comfort zone and tried something new.

“We’ve always been in California, so there was an excitement to a fresh start, but at the same time, my whole career has been in L.A. and I did not know what it was going to look like moving away from that,” Harper told the New York Post. Harper and Goff appear to remain together through thick and thin, but it’s unclear when they’ll finally tie the knot.
