In a YouTube video posted in November 2015, Lia Shelesh described her first meeting with Evan Sausage in detail. In 2013, before she was a household name, the gamer posted a YouTube video that acted as a walkthrough for Metal Gear Rising. Thankfully, the clip became a viral hit and received much attention.
The message made her laugh, so she replied to it. This got them conversing and swapping photos, bringing them closer together. As time went on, the YouTuber gave Evan her contact information.
