Nikki abandoned dancing and immediately entered the world of acting, never looking back. Since the late 1990s, the Jupiter Ascending star has appeared in numerous television projects, including Luther, The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency, Survivors, Doctor Who, and its offshoot series Torchwood.
