Reese Witherspoon Arrest: In a brand-new interview for Jameela Jamil’s podcast I Weigh, Reese Witherspoon discusses a public “error.”
In 2013, Witherspoon was detained in Atlanta for disorderly conduct after a police officer pulled over her husband, Jim Toth, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

According to reports, Witherspoon exited the vehicle despite what the officer told her not to do. Witherspoon can be heard asking the police whether he recognizes her on the dash camera footage of the incident.

According to E!, Toth ultimately entered a guilty plea for driving under the influence, while Witherspoon entered a no-contest plea for obstruction.

Shortly after the incident, Witherspoon issued a public apology. She admitted to having “obviously had one too many drinks” to People, adding that she was “very humiliated” by what she said.

“It was undoubtedly a frightening circumstance, and I was scared for my spouse, but it is no justification.

She said, “I was disrespectful to the guy doing his job. “I can safely say that the words I used that evening do not represent who I am. I sincerely apologize for my behavior and have nothing but respect for the cops.

Witherspoon admitted that she still “did something pretty foolish” in their interview, which Jamil described as “fucking refreshing.”

Witherspoon continued, “It was so awkward and stupid.” But, as it happens, I breathe air. I bleed similarly.

Witherspoon was open and honest about her experiences with postpartum depression and other mental health problems.

She told Jamil, “No one informed me that when you wean a baby, your hormones go into the toilet. I was 23 when I had my first child. “I had the worst depression I had ever experienced in my life. It wasn’t enjoyable.
